Peu facile encore d'accès, le Turkmenistan, c'est un pays unique, immense, plongé dans l'histoire des nomades d'Asie, peu peuplé, riches en matières premières et qui s'ouvre tranquillement à l'Occident. C'est aussi un peuple d'une infinie gentillesse, souriant, et cultivant ses traditions.  A la fois toute l'histoire de l'Asie centrale et le conflit entre les nomades des steppes et les sédentaires, la modernité d'Astana, ses steppes à l'infini, sa mer Caspienne, et des hautes montagnes au sud, avec des lacs à couper le souffle. Bienvenue au pays des chevaux, des chameaux et des cratères de feu !

Pascal habite Paris. Il est passionné par toute la région de la Caspienne, de l'Iran et de l'Asie centrale.
